Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by DULINEX Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DULINEX Technologies provides digital engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and related consulting services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom work product developed by DULINEX Technologies for a client becomes the property of that client upon full payment. DULINEX Technologies retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary methodologies used in delivery.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement for a period of three (3) years.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in each individual contract. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DULINEX Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless a specific termination clause is outlined in the governing contract. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as mutually agreed upon in the service contract.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
